The SKILLMILL...My New Fav Tread Workout

I started getting a bit bored of my tabata runs and treadmill sprints on the tread at the gym.  I needed to find another way to torch the fat with another version of the tread sprint.  I found the SKILLMILL by Technogym to be just what I was looking for.  The SKILLMILL is not your regular motorized treadmill.  It’s ergonomic design and all the power coming from you makes it a challenging and great workout.  One of my sample workouts is:

20 minute jog on the standard treadmill…then I immediately move to the SKILLMILL to do the following;

Six 30 second sprints on the SKILLMILL at 80% of my average sprint pace with a 90 second rest in between sprints.

This may not seem tough, but trust me you’ll be feeling it!

My goal is to increase my sprint time to 45 seconds and reduce my rest to 60 seconds.
