Fitness is a fundamental component of my wellness routine. There are so may options out there right now with the continued surge in boutique fitness studios. It definitely can get overwhelming! I've tried many of them and have grown to truly enjoy a select few. My philosophy is that you have to find what works for you and put yourself on a workout schedule and don't be afraid to mix it up. These boutique fitness studios have been a great compliment to my personal training. I workout with a private trainer at S10Training downtown twice a week.
